FLOWASH portable filter carts provide a convenient option for emptying and transferring industrial fluids such as machine tool coolant, paints and coatings and wastewater from sumps, pits and reservoirs. FLOWASH portable filter carts quickly empty or fill drums, barrels and totes.

The FLOWASH portable filter cart consists of a FLOWLINE II bag filter housing, pump and customized hand truck and the result is a compact and easy-to-move portable filter. Since the bag filter housing contains a perforated stainless steel filter bag support basket, it can be used with or without filter bags depending upon your filtration requirements. The type of filter bags used for FLOWASH filter systems are industry standard #2 size having nominally rated retentions from 1 to 800 microns.

Place the suction/inlet hose into the vessel to clean-out and the discharge hose to where the fluid is being transferred and the pump will self-prime, push the liquid through the filter bag and the filtered liquid exits the system.

FLOWASH portable filter carts enable personnel to easily move the bag filter pump station to wherever it is required, instead of installing multiple stations by each process.

TWO VERSIONS: BASIC AND INDUSTRIAL

FLOWASH basic filter carts utilize an electrically operated self-priming end suction centrifugal pump designed to pump and filter water-like fluids up to 30 GPM at pressures up to 75 PSI and with fluids up to 180°F. The FLOWASH basic filter cart also includes a SPLASH GUARD, a safety cover to protect personnel from unexpected pressurized spray and discharge by diverting upwards projection towards the eyes and face. Quick-connect hose couplings are used for the inlet and outlet hoses so they can be easily cleaned or replaced without disturbing the rest of the FLOWASH system.

The industrial version of the FLOWASH filter cart is capable of higher flow rates and pressure, using an air-operated diaphragm pump designed to pump for flow rates up to 45 GPM at pressures as high as 125 PSI and liquid temperatures up to 150°F. FLOWASH industrial filter carts have an additional pipeline strainer for coarse pre-filtration, thus extending the life of the filter bag. A SPLASH GUARD can be added to the FLOWASH industrial cart as its uses the same FLOWLINE II bag filter housing.
