Description
Flexibility
The MODULINE filtration system provides flexibility with the underlying filter housing design. You can construct a MODULINE system using TOPLINE bag filter housings for higher filtration efficiencies and to match this level of efficiency, use duplexed MAXILINE-MDE housings, however standard TOPLINE bag filter housings can also be electo polished and supplied with tri-clamp connections whereas the MAXILINE-MDE cannot; so for high flow rate sanitary applications MODULINE is the only alternative.
It is also possible to build-in support for high flow rates in the future by using a manifold with extra connections to be attached to additional bag filter housings in the future as needed. Our standard MODULINE design consists of two to eight bag filter housings and for higher flow rates you can connect additional MODULINEs.
The MODULINE bag filter systems are based upon the TOPLINE, SIDELINE, FLOWLINE and FLOWLINEII bag filter vessel designs. Please review each of their respective webpages for a more detailed description of which version is best for your application.

The MODULINE system is not restricted to only eight filter bag chambers because the concept is installing standard #2 size bag filter vessels onto a common inlet and outlet manifold, so you can achieve the same functionality no matter how many filter housing are used and each housing can be isolated independently for changing its filter bag.
