MODULINE bag filter systems are used for high flow rate filtration applications where the flow rate cannot be interrupted for filter bag replacement. The MODULINE design is cost savings alternative to MAXILINE HE-T duplexed multiple bag filter housings.

The MODULINE bag filter system offers a flexible approach for high flow rate filtration applications. Instead of a single housing having as many as eight #2 size filter bag chambers, the MODULINE bag filter system can have an unlimited number of filter bag stations in support of higher flow rates and filtration efficiency.

The underlying multiple bag filter housing design used for duplexed filter housings is the MAXILINE-HE and as a multiple bag filter housing it has many personnel friendly features such as a single chamber cover with spring assisted hinge. Certainly duplexed MAXILINE bag filters are the most compact filtration design for flow rates up to 1600 GPM.

The MODULINE system is not restricted to only eight filter bag chambers because the concept is installing standard #2 size bag filter vessels onto a common inlet and outlet manifold, so you can achieve the same functionality no matter how many filter housing are used and each housing can be isolated independently for changing its filter bag.

Significant cost savings

Since MODULINE bag filer systems are made of standard components the cost difference between a duplexed MAXILINE-HE and MODULINE is tremendous; an eight chamber 316 stainless steel duplexed MAXILINE-HE costs about $127,000 whereas the equivalent MODULINE design costs only $76,000, a 40% savings!
