Non Metallic Pump
Hayward Centrifugal Pumps
Non-alloy industrial centrifugal pumps
T Series vertical centrifugal pumpHayward centrifugal pumps have non-alloy pump ends to eliminate fluid contact with any metal, thus eliminating corrosion and contamination issues related to such contact. Most of our applications involve pumping (transfer or circulating) aggressive fluids or installation within a corrosive environment. We offer two basic styles, end suction centrifugal and vertical immersible centrifulgal.
A Series Lifestar end suction centrifugal pumps
20 – 160 GPM at 40 – 80 feet of head (approximately 15 – 35 PSI)
Designed for use in aquatic life systems and research labrotories
C Series end suction centrifugal pumps
5 – 80 GPM at 1 – 65 feet of head (approximately 1 – 28 PSI)
Designed for chemical and aggressive fluid pumping
D Series vertical immersible centrifugal pumps
1 – 15 GPM at 8 – 17 feet of head (approximately 3 – 7 PSI)
Designed to be immersed within a fluid tank, tote or reservoir for transfer and recirculation applications
R Series (sealless mag-drive)
10 – 500 GPM at 30 – 130 feet of head (approximately 10 – 55 PSI)
Designed to reduce chance of fugitive emissions with sealless mag-drive design typical of waste fluid, chemical and hazardous fluid transfer applications.
S Series vertical immersible centrifugal pumps
5 – 120 GPM at 10 – 110 feet of head (approximately 5 – 45 PSI)
A higher capacity of the D Series (above), the S Series vertical immersible centrifugal pump is designed to be immersed within a fluid tank, tote or reservoir for transfer and recirculation applications.
T Series vertical immersible centrifugal pumps
1 – 70 GPM at 20 – 45 feet of head (approximately 8 – 20 PSI)
A higher capacity of the D Series (above), the S Series vertical immersible centrifugal pump is designed to be immersed within a fluid tank, tote or reservoir for transfer and recirculation application
