Inconel Alloy
Inconel alloys are oxidation-corrosion-resistant materials well matched for service in extreme environments subjected to pressure and heat. Inconel alloys are usually utilized in high-temperature applications. Inconel 600 is a type of nickel-chromium alloy that is corrosion resistant by chloride ions and pure water and withstands high temperatures. Inconel 718 contains nickel, chromium and other metals like molybdenum, iron, niobium, aluminum, and titanium. This alloy is robust, flexible, and corrosion-resistant.
Inconel alloys differ in properties like corrosion resistance, malleability, elasticity, temperature, and different substances. Inconel alloys have applications in the automotive, marine, electronics, oil, power generation and aerospace industries
