Terms & Conditions for Online Orders.

GCC / Rest of the world Deliveries

  • SAS (Shaheen Al Sajaah Workshop Machinery Equipment Tr. LLC) sells worldwide, although due to recent regulations, we are not able to deliver to Israel.
  • Buy online & get free in-store pick-up from our Sharjah UAE warehouse.
  • You can arrange your courier to collect goods from SAS Store locations, in the United Arab Emirates!
  • We will send you an email as soon as your item has been shipped with a tracking number so that you can track your order through the shipper’s portal.
  • All duties and taxes that you might be charged are not at the responsibility of the SAS Group.
  • SAS is not responsible for any customs, imports or duty charges your country may have.
  • Any other extra charges such as change of address or rescheduling of your order would be a cost you would need to cover.

UAE Deliveries

  • Buy online or get it free for In-Store pick-up.
  • Standard shipping charge 30 AED applicable.
  • We aim to have the order delivered with you as soon as possible.
  • The Typical dispatch time is a maximum of  3 to 5 Working days within U.A.E.

Sharjah Deliveries

  • Enjoy Free Shipping Only for Eligible items.
  • Buy online & get it free for In-Store pick-up at all SAS Store location (Sharjah industrial area)
  • We have our team of friendly and helpful drivers that will deliver your order straight to your door.
  • We aim to have the order delivered with you as soon as possible.
  • The Typical dispatch time is a maximum of  3 to 5 Working days within U.A.E.

Payment

  • Direct offline bank transfer/deposit to our account through Mashreq bank ATMs
  • Cash on delivery withour an additional charge inside UAE.
  • You can pay by card at your location, using Visa, MasterCard, and all debit cards.
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard debit cards in AED (or any other agreed currency).

Important information

  • Limitations: For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions, and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring the use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). The recipient is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from SAS or its affiliates, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • Not all the products listed on SAS are for sale. Products are subject to Export/Trade Regulations.

 SAS  can cancel orders in the following situations:

  • The company have not collected a payment for the order.
  • The company have collected a payment for the order, but no items have been fulfilled.

The most common reasons for cancelling an order include the following:

  • The order was fraudulent.
  • The ordered item is not available.
